There's Room

God is a big God. He's huge.

There are no limitations with God. None.
So big and so huge that there is room for anyone and everyone to do whatever it is we want to do.
God is such a big God that there is no need to wonder if we will be successful, if we will be blessed to be a blessing, or if we will make an impact to those within our realm of influence. It's simply a matter of when.

Think about it.

If we take businesses for example, look at how many businesses there are, how they keep increasing and how they continue to become more innovative, it's amazing isn't it? Just when you think another cutting edge business wouldn't be created, it's done. If we think about the evolution of phone technology, it's almost mind blowing how we went from there to here. We will continue saying this in amazement over and over, because God permits everything and His power is unlimited. Or take music for instance. If we look at music over our lifetime, isn't it amazing how the songs, the sound, and the lyrics have been able to motivate and touch us? Whatever our choice in music, there has been something we were able to connect with way back when, this is also the case today, and will be the case tomorrow. It never ends. It seems almost unthinkable to imagine a genre of music that will not touch us in some way. Music continues to evolve. God permits everything and His power is unlimited.

I can go on and on about the magnificent things I see in the world. It is God who allows all the splendor, the creativity, the innovation, the transformation. None of it just happens. God is involved in all of it. His power is untouchable and omnipotent. He lives forever and thus everything He allows to be created, has unlimited staying power if He so desires. There may be different people doing the "same" things, because His will, will be done on earth as it is in heaven. His permission for creativity in this world never stops, because He never stops. All of it is His doing. He controls everything. No one, nothing, and no place can touch Him.

So just in case we find ourselves ever thinking that what we desire, couldn't, shouldn't, or wouldn't be done, because it has been done too many times before, think again. God is so much more bigger than anything we can ever imagine. Therefore, whatever it is we want to do, there's room to do it. It doesn't matter how many times it was done before. There is only one God and He made only one you. So you see, there is room for it to be done differently, simply because you're doing it.

There's room for everyone.

Protecting My Peace - Day 98 - Momentum and Movement, That’s What's Up

Click to listen to current podcast episode. “Never Giving Up” are power-words — strong affirmations that give us momentum and movement. That’s what’s up. We can do so much more in our lives when we have momentum and movement. It’s about standing, literally and not sitting or laying around feeling sorry for ourselves. I used to do that once upon a time and that sorrowful thinking is for the birds. We don’t have to be down. We can get up and get going even if we start small. In fact, I love starting small, because it helps set a firm foundation of habits and routines. Momentum and movement will help us get and maintain a position of strength to do what God says we can do. God blesses whomever he wants to bless, whenever he wants to bless them

Daily Devotional Podcast. Follow along with blog post. When I was going through a dark time -- when I had nothing -- there was a certain person who helped me sometimes. She helped me whenever she basically felt like it, but she did help, and for that I'm appreciative. But, something interesting happened after I started growing out of my despair. Something interesting started happening when I no longer needed her for anything. And something interesting happened even though I remained kind and grateful towards. The interesting thing that happened was that she started hating on me. She started treating me differently. At first I was really bothered by it, because I thought she and her husband were nice people I wanted in my life. I liked that they had a sense of compassion and were interested in helping people who were down and low. That really appealed to me, because I was raised that way; my mother was raised that way; her mother was raised that way, and it goes back to as fa

Protecting My Peace - Day 96 - Disciplining Ourselves for Next Level Greatness

Click to listen to today's podcast episode. When it comes to next level greatness, we have to know that applies to us, not just everyone else. Do you know what God has for you? Do you? He has GREATNESS for you. Yes, YOU -- all of us. It's about doing what you can do and only you can do. You are the only one with your DNA -- none of us. is the same Yet, even when we're feeling down, discouraged, and out, those emotions are only temporary. None of us has it all together. Sometimes I procrastinate and put things off when I know I should be doing better. Yet, I am not as diligent and disciplined as I can be sometimes. Like when it comes to working out, I delay it, because I don't like it anymore. And although I love reading the bible, I haven't been reading it as often as I should lately. Yes, I, Sharon, the Faith Coach, do not do the things I'm supposed to do when I'm supposed to do them. And that my dear friends should not come as a shock to no one. It certa
