God covers us

If Jesus lives in your heart, then guess what? I've come to remind you that you are covered by His blood. "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight" (Ephesians 1:7/8). That's right, those who believe in Him, are all covered by the blood He shed for us when He died on the cross for us. He even died for the people who hated Him. Isn't that something? That's Jesus for you though. He loves, because He is made of love. And there is nothing we can do that will ever change that. He loved us then and He loves us now. We can't say that about anybody else, because when we fall short, people can "love" us one minute and condemn us the next. Not Jesus though. He loves us in spite of ourselves. Thus, you and I are covered and protected against anything, against any weapon, and against anything that comes against us. Jesus is our roadblock, our shield, and our anchor.

She helped me whenever she basically felt like it, but she did help, and for that I'm appreciative. But, something interesting happened after I started growing out of my despair.
