Just in case you may be wondering, it's time -- it's your time to make some moves this year. It's time for you to focus on the goals you've had for quite some time. It's time for all of us to do that. Yes, it's time to say, "I'm going to do it and it doesn't matter who is with me." In fact, it doesn't matter who is against us. It doesn't matter who is against you or I. As long as God is it in, it is something that can't fail, so it's time to go for it. It's time to start taking chances, no longer worrying about being safe. It's time to step out into uncharted territory, step out into the unknown. Why? Because the Lord doesn't want any of us to look back. He wants us to look forward -- look towards the prize.

Philippians 3:12-14 says, "I’m not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back."

So there it is. Stay focused. It's your time. That's right, it's our time.

She helped me whenever she basically felt like it, but she did help, and for that I'm appreciative. But, something interesting happened after I started growing out of my despair. Speak things as if they were

Daily Devotional Podcast. Follow along with blog post. Do you know you have the power to speak things into existence? Do you know you have the power to change your atmosphere? Oh yes, so speak life to your life and know that the Lord's Word never comes back void. It is always alive and active. It's never too late to start speaking over your life. In Mark 11 :24 Jesus says, "therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" and Proverbs 23 :7 says, "for as a man thinks in his heart, so is he." Those verses are proof that when something lives in our heart, all we have to do is open our mouths and speak those things as if we already had them. It's amazing how much power we really have, but we throw it away, because of our lack of faith. I've done that for years and let me tell you, it's not happening anymore.
